Training

Working your plan to ensure you meet your fitness goals using a mix of flexibility, mobility, resistance training and cardio. Group options available for up to four people.

Ongoing PT clients invoiced monthly; all other services invoiced upfront (prices in AUD, includes GST)
Goals & Habits Coaching
- Discovery $100 (initial session)
- Habits $350 (4 sessions)
* Weekly calls/meetings (50min) to review and set your activities to keep you on track to meet your fitness and health goals.


Personal Training
Ongoing clients (min. 12 weeks)
-  55 min: $110; 45 min: $90;
   30 min: $65
Casual Sessions
- 55 min: $120; 45 min: $100;
  30 min: $75
Prices for training with your partner, a mate or non-weekly times are available on request.
Group Personal Training (GPT)
Work with others to help keep yourselves moving and working towards your fitness goals.
- 45 minute circuit training session
- minimum 4 members
- $40 per person/session

Online Training Schedule (OTS)
Ensure you are training outside your personal training sessions .
- included for ongoing PT clients (not GPT clients)
- OTS plus one PT session $495/month
- OTS clients $450/month
