Weekdays: Session times start from 5:30am and until 2:00am. Monday, Wednesday and Friday sessions restart at 4:00pm and go through to 8:30pm (Friday's finish at 6.00pm).
Saturday: Session times start from 7:00am and run until 1:00pm.
If you would like to work in a group in the gym, please let me know and we can work towards putting a group together - alternatively, find a friend and book in.
Coaching is run in the afternoons from 1.00pm.
All session bookings are made inside the client area - so please login to book. If you are interested in having a trial session with me, please register and follow the instructions provided.
